Saturday in Amerillo, Texas.  We'll be here 'til Monday  (Rest Tomorrow)
Spent today driving thru some of the most barren country we've seen.
Radiator Springs,  the little town in Cars,  there are hundred of towns just
like that out here.  Not much to take pictures of,  just a lot of abandoned
businesses with rusted signs, no window glass, peeling paint, and overgrown
landscaping.   Sad.  Did go to the National Route 66 museum (pics)
Tomorrow we go to the Cadillac Ranch (Caddys half buried)   Pics tomorrow
No bridges for  the mother (GOOD DAY).  We'll reach the half way point,
Adrian, Texas early Monday about 30 miles out.   Could have made it today
but no place to stay out there.  Just past Adrian is New Mexico,  no idea
what to expect.  Until tomorrow.   All is well. The mother says hello.

Not much to see mile after mile very flat.
